Does anyone know if the carb counts for fruits and vegetables changes when
they are dried? For example if the carb count for 100g of zucchini was 20,
would the dried amount, (let's say it reduces to 25g) have a carb count of
20 or would it be much higher?
I am due to receive my dehydrator (finally!) this weekend and would like to
make sure I don't end up overeating on the carbs.
