yes but a shortage of w3 fats unless you get enough from eating large
quantities of leafy green vegetables which I doubt. I still remain quite
unconvinced that you can get the right balance of fats without eating
quantities of meat, esp. grass fed animals organ meat
And another trouble with the primarily vegetarian diet as paleo is that it
is low in protein. As Todd has pointed out, if you get protein through
consuming nuts, you get far too many w6 fatty acids to be healthy. If you
stick to tubers then you don't get enough protein.
