sheesh...that makes life a bit tougher when i get 'well'..
but for now, i'm not willing to risk even trying it because
in all honesty, and i say this to you all and to myself for
the first time, if i had stayed that ill, i just didn't want to
live anymore..
now, without refined sugars, starches and dairy, i feel so good..
and in just 4 days. it's like a miracle.
but honestly folks....i think i went a bit too far overboard...
i like my one cup of coffee in the morning with milk in it...
and i miss rice or bulgar...but that's the way it has to be
if i'm going to live another 30 years!!
and i'm losing weight but spending a lot of time in the
throne room...is this normal???
fortunately, i work at home!!!
arlene in istanbul.
no i haven't read the book...can't find it here.
if you send specifics, i'll try doing a search for it.
thanks
i take it that corn is also a grain?
