Apparently one of the best indicators of whether one will live to a ripe
old age, aside from whether your parents did so, is your attitude toward
life and change. If you are flexible and able to adapt well toward new
situations, and can cope well with loss, you're more likely to live
longer.
(Hmm... maybe I should start meditating again. I've been MUCH too
stressed lately!)
