I knew a guy who had a signal 1, but never did operate it.  I remember the
swan rigs too.  Knew a guy who had an sbe 33, we called it a s o b 33, a
very strange little radio.  Then there were the atlas rigs.  I also had an
ft101 e in early 70s and thought that was one fine rig.
