Do you have an accessible copy of the THF6A manual?  If not, you should get
a copy because much of what you've been asking recently is answered in
there.  The fine tuning increments can be set and are 33 Hz, 100 Hz
(default), 500 Hz, or 1000 Hz.  Full details on how to set this increment
are in the manual.
