The Richland County Celiac Support Meeting will be held Tuesday, April 2, at 7 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church on the corner of Trimble & Millsboro Road in Mansfield, Ohio. Go around back to enter.
This month the local newspaper, The News Journal, will be covering the meeting to write a story about our support group celebrating its first year together. It will be a follow up story to one written last year when we were trying to start the group. This is a great way to get the word out there. Bring your ideas.
Also, we will have a chef from Ashland College who will be available with a presentation and answering our questions on cooking gluten-free.
Sterk's Bakery in Canada will be providing us with a variety package of samples for us to try out.
Anyone with CD, DH, wheat allergy, or any GI problems are welcome to attend.
If you have questions or need directions, please e-mail me, or call 419-589-5972.
