Hi Listmates,
I have been gluten free for about a year and have realized that I have
made mistakes with label reading.
I am totally confused about the issues related to malodextrin,
dextrins, and modified food starches. I read conflicting information
and not sure if these additives are safe or not.
Does anyone know the what the real scoop is on these?
