I've been using voiceover with ITunes for quite some time. Access was much
improved though with the release of ITunes 8.0.

Subject: Thoughts on iTunes addition of VoiceOver?

I'm not sure if the 8.0.2 release of iTunes that adds "Voice Over"
capabilities is significant or just hype. Is anyone using iTunes with
a reader now? Does it seem like a good direction for Apple or is it
smoke and mirrors?
