Hi everyone,

I picked up some Passover instant pudding mixes & am hoping someone knows how
to use gf soy milk instead of cow or goat milk and have it turn into custard,
rather than stay as a liquid?

My daughter-in-law is lactose intolerant & I'm kinda leaning towards kosher-style
food presentation these days.
