Thank you to everyone who responded. It made for a week with much less
anxiety! I don't think the lesions are related to celiac disease. I
think I just got them, just something the average population deals with.
My doctor said it is a benign lesion and to follow up in 6 months. I
will be getting a second opinion from a specialist as soon as I can get
an appointment. I had a melanoma removed from my back last year and I
don't want to take any chances.
Here is the summary:
2 - cysts on the liver, that have since gone away
2 - similiar symptoms with a gall bladder problem
1 - cysts and benign tumors
1 - primary sclerotizing cholitis, a degenerating disease of the gall
duct between liver and gall bladder, the symptoms were relieved when a
stent was put in the gall duct
1 - symptoms due to parasites and a yeast allergy
1 - spots on the liver that turned out to be nothing
1 - hamaratoma of the liver, fetal tissue cells that got displaced
during fetal development
I also received many suggestions and warm wishes for good health. The
support from this list serve is tremendous. Hopefully I will be as
fortunate as my fellow list mates - and have these lesions turn out to
be nothing!
Take care,
Patti
