Hi!

We just had a great experience with a restaurant and I wanted to tell
you all about it. It's called Noodles &Co. There seem to be a lot of them
here in Colorado--so maybe it's a national chain as well? They have lots of
different dishes--spaghetti, macaroni, Stir fry noodles (I forget the
specific names) and the deal is, you can order each sauce with rice noodles.
No problem at all--they expect it! My son asked if their cheese sauce had
any gluten in it and they assured him it was made with cornstarch. I was
flabbergasted, but at least half of my astonishment came because he had never
let me ask those kinds of things before. He didn't want anyone to know there
was anything different about him. But he asked and they were great about it.
So he had the cheese sauce on the rice noodles. Needless to say, I have no
connection with this restaurant. I just wanted to pass on this great
experience.
