I agree, that most of the distance education classes are not geared to meet
the accessibility standards set by 508. I am sure educators have provided
alternate materials for disabled students for their online classes, on
request. However their class formats (the few I have reviewed) don't seem to
follow the universal design principles. Thanks for all the input.
