For about a month now, I have noticed that, in Word 97, when I type
Control-P to print, the machine works very, very slowly. About a week ago,
we put in a new hard drive and some additional memory; I am now running 160
mb of RAM with a 15 gigabyte hard drive. I also reinstalled all my programs,
including Word.

The problem seems to have worsened. Sometimes it takes a while for
information to come on the screen after I have typed it, and the print
function is intolerably slow. My wife says that sometimes the Print button
won't work when she clicks on it with the mouse.

Any suggestions regarding this problem would definitely be appreciated.
