David Dagley asked - As I really like to know my hardware can anyone help
to identify this CD burner?

ATAPI means it's an IDE device.
If the manufacturer does not show in 'properties' there are a couple of
other plces to try:

1 - Programs/Accessories/System Tools - System Information & look under
Components/Multimedia/CD-ROM.
2 - I use 'Roxio ECDC V5' (I recall V4 had similar) for CD burning & it has
a Tools/CD Drive Properties option.

The NOSPIN Group Promotions is now offering
Mandrake Linux or Red Hat Linux CD sets along
with our NOSPIN Power Linux CD... at a great price!!!
