Frank, Nova Backup from Novastor (http://www.novastor.com) supports your
tape drive.  I use the software with the same OS and it works very nicely.

The only rub is that Windows 2000 may not support your drive, but you
can download a demo from their Novastor's web site to see how it works
for you.
