i know of no deadlines in the ADA.

My hometown has a bond issue soon to perform ADA upgrades on several
existing municipal park restrooms.Many disabled in my town claim this =
work
(on existing facilities)was mandated to have been completed in =
1996.After
searching several inquiries in google,I can't find a deadline in any ADA =
information.We are contending the work should have been budjeted(and
completed) years ago,and my city is dragging it's feet.Thanks for any =
