Hi folks,
Harry back with another question.
I wonder how to deal with a studdering sound card?
I'm using windows 98SE and when I click on a link to
go to a web page or when I'm reading down a web page,
it just studders once in a while. I'll try to create
it here so you'll know what I mean. I'll be reading
and all of the sudden it'll studder like
thithithithithithithis.
So, what do I do to stop it?
Now I did have to install a new version of Macafee
antivirus software last night. Now, I don't have any
problem doing things off line, but online it studders.
take care,
Harry
