Chantilly, Va. - TVWorldwide.com, a fast-growing web-based global TV
network

and streaming video service provider, announced today it had been
awarded a

contract by the U.S. Small Business Administration to develop innovative

Internet TV-based training to educate SBA administrators on the business

operations of successful entrepreneurs with disabilities. The program,
known

as the "Alpha Entrepreneur" project will research and interview

entrepreneurs with disabilities nationwide for selection as case studies

that will be featured in multi-media, robust Internet TV-based training
and

collaborative training manuals to educate SBA personnel. The
Internet-based

training will be fully accessible in compliance with Section 508

requirements featuring open-captioned video streaming or "webcapting"

developed by TVWorldwide.com and its affiliate channel, Able TV with
audio

description. In addition to Able TV, Your Communications LLC will be

supporting the TVWorldwide.com winning team.

"We're pleased to have been selected for this groundbreaking SBA
effort,"

commented Dave Gardy, Chairman and CEO of TVWorldwide.com. "It is our
intent

to make the vision of the SBA's Disability Office a reality, and develop
a

comprehensive, accessible and interactive educational package that will

provide special insight into the culture and successful approaches of

entrepreneurs with disabilities."

Seventeen years after losing his eyesight to illness, AbleTV President
and

entrepreneur Jeff Pledger said he is proud to be part of this important

effort. "We are pleased that AbleTV can feature our capability to assist
in

this landmark endeavor," stated Pledger. "As a disabled entrepreneur,

myself, I am anxious to work on this to help others understand the

challenges and culture that business people with disabilities face in

growing their companies." The TVWorldwide.com/AbleTV team attracted
national

attention last year when it was contracted by the Democratic National

Committee to provide webcaptingsm services and stream the 2000
Democratic

Convention.

An interactive webcast press conference to discuss details of the
project is

scheduled for November 8, 2 PM EST as part of AbleTV's Internet TV
issues

program, "The Able Gang" at http://www.abletv.net. Viewers should have
the free

Real Player installed prior to the event and should log on by 1:45 PM on
the

8th.

In addition to the SBA site, when completed the Alpha Entrepreneur
program

will also be archived for viewing at http://www.abletv.net and
http://www.tvworldwide.com.

As a leading streaming video applications service provider,
TVWorldwide.com

works with strategic partners to develop the latest in live and archived

state-of-the art video streaming content applications. TVWorldwide.com
is

also developing a network of video channels that is an affiliation of

community-based Internet television stations, each underwritten by a

strategic partner, "aimcastingsm" to targeted B2B and special interest

demographic audiences worldwide. TVWorldwide.com has worked with one of
its

first aimcast channels, AbleTV.net, to pioneer live and archived video

streaming with open captioning and audio description to aid in web site

accessibility for the disabled. With this advance, AbleTV.net received
its

charter sponsorship from Microsoft Corporation and is now the largest

archive on the Internet for captioned streaming video and streaming
video

programs on subjects relating to those with disabilities.
