This depends what file system the USB drive uses.

If you have moved other files back and forth before,
the MP3s should copy over fine also.(I would copy them as
opposed to moving them, in case you loose USB support
in the middle of the transfer, or some other glitch happens...)

You can generally copy files from one drive to another,
even if the drives have different file systems, (even over
a network), BUT the Operating System has to support
the "local drives" and their file systems.
