I am searching in vain for specs for an HP Brio D5832T, so that I
may complete installation of GNU/Linux for a friend. .

Where would I look?  I downloaded HP's "technical" manual which
was, as it turned out, the equivalent of a user's guide, without
any specs at all.

Need to know, mainly, specs for the S3 onboard video
(memory size, at least).

Also, how can I disable BIOS shadowing?  There is nothing  to
be done in the BIOS setup.
