This post is by way of a test to see if my list mail is getting through
since I turned my subscription on again. So far nothing has turned up.
When I was last on this list, I usually got several messages a day.

Anyway, I'm in my mid forties, and developed an intolerance to dairy
products when I was in my early thirties, hence my interest in this
list.

I have been leading a dairy free existence for over ten years now, and
feel much healthier for it.
