No No brother Morro, offensive language or what you called "venomous
speech" is NEVER therapeutic, well unless you are a pathological sado-
masochist. Reason, or common sense in street parlance, is a
legislative force in itself that keeps wanton desires in check. If
there are no laws, norms or regulations civil society will simply
perish. You inadvertenly reflect this logic at your last paragraph.
If any wants to "purge their nasty venom", I would advice them to
invest in a punching bag, a good pair of running shoes or just learn
how to chill. This is a function of what the ancient Romans
called "adequatio"; "arete" in Greek antquity or emotional intelligence
in modern psychology. Better still Yarr Ack Teggin in Wollof.
