You should just come to work at the Prentke Romich Company because even
Barry Romich (the CEO) usually wears a shirt, blue Jeans and Reeboks (even
sandals in the summer time).  I haven't ever seen the man in a suit and tie,
I'm sure the man owns one but it collects dust in his closet.
