I haven't gotten a response from CC yet, and I noticed that somebody else
sent them an e-mail too.  I said I'd call Monday, but decided to wait on
making a long distance call.  I started thinking that I would end up paying
long distance charges to sit on hold for ten or more minutes.

I want to send a letter via snail mail, so I'll keep trying to get the
specifics.  I haven't dropped the ball on this, I just want to save the dime
if I can.
