Jenn, I am sorry that Dr. Albright's plea did not appear to prove helpful.
All is not lost yet though, you may still see some juggling in the surgery
schedule.

Your frustration is coming through clearly and who can blame you?   A word to
the wise (that's you) would be to keep a cool head when communicating with
your doctor, no matter how intolerable your situation is.
