Not 'alf as smart as I'm feeling, was on the way back from the
supermarket (!!?? all this talk of noses was makin' me HUNGRY!), when
it clicked: Dahmer Knows Pizza = Dahmer Nose Pizza = DOMINO'S Pizza!!!
