I am able to help.

www.firstgov.gov

Scroll down to "Contact your Government," on the left hand side, then click
on "telephone and e-mail directories." You can find contact information
there for both your senator and congressman.

If you want to contact your congressman, but don't know which district you
live in, you can go to www.house.gov/writerep

There, you will be asked to type in your zip code to get to your specific
Representative. You can even send him an e-mail from there, if he has
e-mail.

Need to know more about MiCASSA? http://www.mcil.org/mcil/adapt/casa01.htm

Living in one's own home is a beautiful thing, and this bill is very
important. Please take a moment to contact your representative. People who
are institutionalized often either don't have the opportunities we have to
speak out like this, or feel so intimidated or beaten down in one way or
another, that they can't for those reasons.

I'm a local telephone call for the House and Sentate, so if anyone does wish
to help in this way, but for whatever reason feels that he can't write or
call, please don't hesitate to use me as your secretary, send me the message
you want to give your representative, and I'll call him on your behalf. I'll
say exactly what you want me to say -- no more; no less.

It's more empowering if you do this yourself, but perhaps not everyone can,
and I'll be very happy to assist if necessary.

Betty
