Hi, Carrie,

Rayna has been keeping up to date on the fires, and of course, we've been
getting the stories on the news up here, too. Glad they've abated.
Unseasonably cold at 30 degrees C? That's hot to us even here in the South
in January!

I drive with hand controls but learned to drive with foot controls. When my
spasticity grew worse 15 years ago and it became too dangerous to rely on my
bad leg and foot to drive, I switched to hand controls.

When I get fatigued and slow down, I try to rest more to get my energy
levels back up and eat properly, which means no sugar, low fat and high in
greens, grains, and complex carbs.

        Kat
