I live in Columbus, Ohio (state capitol). Pediatric facilities in the state
are phenomenal for CP. The best resources are:

Cleveland Clinic; Cleveland
Children's Hospital of Columbus
Medical College of Ohio; Toledo
Cincinnati Children's Hospital
Ohio State University Clinic, Dodd Hall; Columbus

Unfortunately, clinical resources for adults are abysmal in Ohio.
