P.S What is Rolfing??

Hi Dina, great to hear from you and hear all your positives-
that's fantastic that you feel as though you're improving..... I
ride my bike for about half an hour every day, which I love
because it feels like I'm really stretching my back out. I know
I should be swimming too, :) Although, I have a very arched
back, and I always feel as though swimming exaggerates my arch
(*b/c the only stroke I can do is breastroke) and in my mind
that's not a good thing, though I could be mistaken there. I
envy your horseriding!!! I grew up with horses- as soon as I
finish studying and am financially established I can't WAIT to
move back to the country and have a horse again. BTW what are
you studying? I am studying spanish and linguistics, and am
taking up french too next year.

Happy festive season to all and sundry,

emma
