This isn't a movie but a TV sit/com show here the
states called Malcolm in the Middle. MAlcom is the
middle son who is a intellectual genius. He has a
friend that is in a wc who gasps for breath when he
talks but is included in Malcolms gang of friends and
all thier high jinks. The kids part is the be the
voice of reason, that isn't listened to very often ;).
I like it because you have what others would
considered a medically fragile child( not just a wc
user) being treated as if he wasn't and just part of
the gang.
