Memphis and Tennessee are far behind. TennCare(Clinton's Medicare "model")
has emptied the state coffers and our "great legislators" have been to
guttless to raise
taxes. The schools are far behind now and they were behind when all this
began. So sad because we have good memories of raising the kids here.
