Thanks Kelly for posting the Sovereign information. Here's the full
press
release, which discusses the bank's commitment to an accessible web site
and alternative formats, as well as to Talking ATMs. Lainey

**Thanks for the background information. I would like to clarify
something one of the claimants, Kim Charlson, said in the press release.
She said: "We particularly commend their extraordinary corporate
commitment to 100 percent accessibility for Talking ATMs in the Sovereign
service area. . ."

The agreement covers the entire United States and not a narrowly defined
geographic territory that a company has declared its "service area," as
Kim suggests. It is a significant commitment in a relatively short
timeframe. Thanks for all your hard work and effort.

Kelly
