I'm not sure what an rp114 router is. But, I have two pc's networked
together and Broadband connection hooked together with a Linksys BEFSR41
router and it works great. One thing that matters is the type of broadband
modem you have, the one I have uses Ethernet, which is what you need to hook
into the router. It doesn't allow for USB modems.
