ok there,the best bet would be to go to,http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
and down load windows shut down pach,if u down load a little prog.that
checks, your pc for the latest updates to your pc it only takes a min.and
keep going back to update regalry.
ps(had the same prob. when i first bought my gateway.a couple years back!!
and i felt pertty stupid haveing to unplug my pc allmost every time i shut
it down,but low and behold with a lot of surfing and tech room chats i have
learned a lot so have fun )jerry the fatboy crider
