Well..it depends...the external SCSI drive will work if the SCSI card
that you got with it is an adapter & it is PCMCIA..which i would think
if the people that you bought it from knew your requirements then they
should have sent you what you needed to make that external SCSI drive
work...you will have to disable the internal IDE drive, but then the
SCSI external will work providing you have a PCMCIA SCSI adapter card...
