I've used NETZERO for the better part of a year, and for my use I've been satisfied. Things to look out for are: 1) You'll only have 10 hours/month of free internet access (this may not be a problem to some, but, may be a huge problem to others). 2) You'll have to tolerate constant popup boxes and the NETZERO screen header, which occupies about 1 inch of the top of your screen (depending on your settings, of course). 3) Finally, the installation file, which you'll have to download, can take several hours to download on a 56K modem. What I did was to down load the file onto my pc at work (not that I advocate the in-appropriate use company assets) and burned the file onto a cd.
The link for NETZERO is http://www.netzero.com/. Hope this helps.

Are there any GOOD FREE ISP's? What can I find them?
Are there any catches?
