Gunasegaran,

If I'm not mistaken, config.sys and autoexec.bat are executed like you want.
Since you can't really get to DOS, I'm not sure how config.sys driver
entries would help, since Windows hardware drivers are in effect in DOS
windows.  However, you can use autoexec.bat to set environment variables and
other helpful items for use in DOS windows.

May I ask what you had in mind to do with them in Windows Me?
