I want to upgrade the memory in my PC. I know that I have EDO DRAM but
I'm unsure if its parity or non-parity. The mother board is about 6
years old and the manufacturer has left the face of the earth. Any
search by the model number only turns up a BIOS upgrade.

Short of opening up the case again to determine the number of chips on a
SIMM, must I be concerned about parity vs non-parity?

Thanks - J. Freedman
