Is it actually milk that you miss, or the things it can do.  I have
discovered that I find both the taste and smell of milk to be very sour.  My
husband has cream in his coffee (I use Silk Creamer), and I can identify his
cup by how nasty it smells.

I do, however, miss it in baking and some cooking.
