I have the food allergy (non- bound) cookbook and annual
supplements. There's a few recipes out there. It's very frustrating
for soy allergies with desserts, as most of the cookies (and others)
list to use milk- and soy-free margarine. It doesn't exist. They
don't believe in being allergic to soy lecithin and oil. But not to
be too negative, I do use a half a dozen or so of their recipes- The
white cake and Banana bread recipes I use regularly- I make cupcakes
and muffins with those recipes.
