Dina,

My DH has CP and I have OsteoArthritis/FMS and we have found that the front
load washers (Maytag) are a lot easier for both of us... The doors can be
installed so that you can take the wet clothes right from the washer and
into the dryer w/out the doors being in the way.

They are a bit pricy. We don't have one yet, but my mom does..
Jim washes clothes for my mom when we go visit to help her out..
