The Gluten Free Health Group of South Central Pennsylvania next meets on
Friday, September 7, 2001, at 7 pm in the York Hospital Education Building,
Room #1802.  Guest speaker is Jax Peters Lowell, author of "Against the
Grain:  A Slightly Eccentric Guide to Living Well Without Gluten and Wheat."

Vendor samples and literature (including Bob's Red Mill mixes, Blue Diamond
Nut Thins and NuVim) will be available next door to the meeting room in the
Upper Lobby of the Auditorium.  The hospital is located at 1001 S. George
St., York, PA near Exit 16 of Interstate #83.  The Education Building is
located across from the Outpatient Registration entrance and near the
Emergency area.
