Hi !  Anyone in the Charlotte, Gastonia North Carolina area have any
information on restaurants that have menu items that are GF?  How about
stores to buy GF items?  Any information would be appreciated.  I will
be visiting there the end of the month.  I also will be traveling to
Boone in the mountains nearby.  If you have any information in that area
please let me know. Thank You in Advance.
