Hi Everyone,

My brother recently had part of his large bowel, small bowel, small
intestine and appendix out.

Since my mother and I have celiac disease, and my children have symptoms
as well, is it probable that my brother has celiac disease too?  I
mentioned to him that he should be tested, but he doesn't think he has
it.  I hate to see him degenerate further. Is there any way I can
convince him to be tested?
