To all,

       I am new to this list.  I am 34, female, married and the mother to a
6 3/4 year old daughter.  My daughter and I are both dairy-allergic (++ for
both of us).  Right now, I am only dealing with my dairy allergies since my
daughter is currently living apart from me.  I was just diagnosed on
Valentine's Day, 2000 while my daughter has been dairy allergic her whole
life.
       I will be happy to have the help and support of this list as I am
still trying to work up a nutritious diet for me since I am also allergic to
beef/pork/chocolate/ragweed/oak/horse hair.  (these are the ones that can
have an impact on my diet.)  I will write more later.
