I believe you live in southern California, which has a lot of branches of
Bank of America. Are you a customer there? If not, is there a branch or
talking ATM near you? Locations can be found on the bank's website at:
http://www.bankofamerica.com
the bank offers its bill pay service free to its customers, including its
blind customers. The bank's website is accessible and the bill pay
service is web based.
