I am very happy to see a big push on this front.  I am glad that progress
is being made.

But isn't it amazing how times change.  The article mentioned that Ms.
Wolfe has to wait two to four weeks for a recorded or digital version of a
book.  We definitely can improve on that.  However, when I was a student,
I was once told it would take two to two-and-a-half years to record one of
my engineering texts.  And forget about getting one of them brailled.  If
I could have gotten a book in two weeks I would have been leaping for joy.

We've definitely come a long way.
