My router/switchbox is made by "Belkin", Model F5D5230-4, sold by Staples.
Actually the two computers are working satisfactorily with the Internet and E-Mail.
I don't know what to do next to be able to Network between the to computers.

Absolutely, you just need to have a router/switchbox like the Linksys, D-link, or Netgear. What make and model is your router? It may already be setup for file and printer sharing.
